Fettuccine Carbonara


Ingredients
1 packet fettuccine pasta, about 500g
1 can Prego's Cheese and Herb White Sauce, about 425 ml, I think
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
2 tbsp cooking oil, hehe, we want more cholestrol, so we don't want to use the available olive oil!
A packet of sliced beef pepperoni
Half a cup of whipping cream
Half a cup of shreaded Cheddar cheese, didn't have Mozzarella...ah well, anything goes with me!
Powdered black pepper

Method
1. Boil fettuccine in water, be careful not to overcook, drain water and leave about 1 1/2 cups for later.
2. Heat oil, sautee onion and garlic until fragrant, add in beef pepperoni, fry until browned.
3. Add in the Prego sauce, add in whipping/double cream....let it simmer a bit, about 2 minutes.
4.Add fetticcine pasta, stir and mix well, add in the boiled water that you kept in (1).
5. Last, sprinkle cheese into the mixture, turn off heat. Sprinkle some black pepper before serving
